2. Product Information

  • All furniture items are described as accurately as possible.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, materials, or customization.

  • Measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Quoted prices do not include delivery unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required for customized furniture.

  • Balance must be cleared before or upon delivery.

  • Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash.

5. Custom Orders

  • Customized furniture is made according to customer specifications.

  • Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may attract additional charges.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within Nairobi and other regions at an agreed cost.

  • Customers outside Nairobi may be required to cover all or part of the transportation costs.

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated, but may vary due to demand or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must ensure that they have access to the delivery location.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported immediately at the point of delivery.

  • Once accepted, the item is considered satisfactory.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items reported upon delivery.

  • No refunds on customized furniture unless due to a proven defect.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Warranty

  • We offer a limited warranty on selected items covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins.

  • Deposits for canceled orders may be partially refunded at management’s discretion.

11. Liability

  • Eagle Furniture Ngara is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., transport delays, weather).

  • We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
